We love our products, but we love our basd fans even more. If you are not in love with the products you have purchased from basdbodycare.ca for any reason, please email us at info@basdbodycare.com within 10 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right and keep our relationship tight. We want our love to be effortless so if you have any suggestions or concerns, please let us know.

Items purchased from other retailers, or resellers and not directly from basdbodycare.ca are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Just like any strong independent partner in a relationship, if we feel like we are being taken advantage of or lied to, we will end it, and reserve the right not to give you a refund.
